Hi, I’m Chelsea Amaya, wife, proud mom, fur baby wrangler, and mortgage magic maker! I’m passionate about helping families turn their dreams of homeownership into a reality, whether it’s a traditional home or a custom barndominium.
I’m lucky to have an incredibly supportive husband, Pete, who’s been my rock through every chapter of life. Our son Christian is all grown up now (how did that happen?!), and we share our home with our five spoiled fur babies: Lola, Harper, Brooke, Dude and Lima.

I help keep The Amaya Team running smoothly and make sure our clients always feel supported throughout the mortgage process. With years of experience managing projects and serving families, I focus on making the home loan journey clear and stress-free.
Before joining the team, I worked with my husband to open and grow Radical Chiropractic, which taught me the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up, lessons I now use to help families build their futures through homeownership.
Outside of work, I love hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with my three dogs. Most weekends you’ll find me at the ball fields cheering on my kids with my husband, Taylor.

I’m a born and raised Texan with a growing background in the mortgage industry and a passion for helping people navigate the path to homeownership.
I currently live in East Texas with my partner, Craig, along with our pets, four cats and one dog.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family.

I was born and raised in South Florida and now live in Fort Lauderdale with my fiancé Rachel and our two pups, Luke and Buster. With 16 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve gained extensive knowledge and helped thousands of homeowners purchase and refinance their homes.
I’m passionate about finding creative financing solutions, staying ahead of market shifts, and making myself available anytime to clients and Realtors. For me, no transaction is ever as important as the relationships I build along the way.
